TERMS

• Security deposit = $1000.00

• Children 2 and under as well as 12 and over are allowed; others to be approved on a case-by-case basis.

• Tips for staff will be collected prior to check-in. ($700/week per bedroom, $575 for a 4-night Rental and $450 for a 3-night rental).

• The staff’s regular hours are from Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM – 3:00PM and Saturday from 9:00 – 12:00.

• Food is not included in the rental rate but can be contracted at an additional cost.

  • Pool Heat: 3 days $200, 4 days $300 and a Week  $450

Weddings & Events:

  • Small events (20 or fewer guests) included with rental

  • Larger events need to be evaluated and approved on a case-by-case basis but are typically approved at a flat rate of $1500.

  • Casa San José is a rental home that allows guests who are renting the house for four or more nights to host events. We are not a wedding venue and do not have “wedding packages.” We ask that couples work with a reputable, local wedding planner to assist them with details like permits, callejoneadas, catering, flowers, etc. We are happy to provide recommendations.

  • Events for up to 50 guests are permitted.
